Matt is from Clearfield, Pennsylvania and has grown up playing sports and tinkering with technology. He is currently pursuing an MS in Mechanical Engineering from WVU. His hobbies include designing and building personal robotics projects, 3D printing, throwing (track and field), watching and playing hockey, and playing video games.
RESEARCH STATEMENT
My overall goal is to create and improve robotics that make a meaningful impact. A great way to reach this goal is to help develop mobile robots and teams of robots, since they are so prevalent, versatile, and useful in today’s world. I am working to narrow down my specific research path within these topics.
